Complaints Procedure

If you are dissatisfied with anything at Jersey Dental Clinic, please contact Mr Rudolf Spacek (info@jdc.je) in the first instance. We will acknowledge your complaint or concern within three working days of receipt and we will investigate your complaint within ten working days, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

If you are still not happy and would like to take things further, please contact The Dental Complaints organisation. Their website can be found at www.dentalcomplaints.org.uk and here you will find an online form to complete. Alternatively, they can be contacted by phone on 08456 120 540. If you require local advice, then please ask our team for contact details of the Jersey Dental Association.
